Lent Photo-A-Day Challenge (Part II)

Continuing with documentation of the United Methodist Church challenge I accepted for 2016’s Lenten season – here is my photo journal.  (Refer to my February  28, 2016 post for the fifteen previous days postings

        This 2^nd   of a three part series begins with the 16^th Day of the Lent Photo Challenge, 2/25/16.  Word of the day - joy.   Christmas in the Sanctuary.

  Lent Photo challenge 2/26/16 – see, the word of the day.  See UMW in mission with layettes for new babies.

Lent Photo challenge 2/27/16 – heal, the word of the day.  We pray for those in need.

Lent Photo challenge 2/28/16 – celebrate, the word of the day.  Celebrate life lived and remembered.  

 

2/29/16 – thirst, the word of the day.  There’s a powerful thirst quencher.

                     

 3/1/16 – witness, the word of the day.  Witness for joy.

Lent Photo challenge 3/2/16 – found, the word of the day.  We’ve found where grace and love abounds for all.

 3/3/16 – power, the word of the day. 

    

 3/4/16 – help, the word of the day. Then and now, help!

 3/5/16 – endure, the word of the day. We endure dangerous weather issues while helping others.  

 3/6/16 – celebrate, the word of the day.  My 1^st church home.  I celebrate my parents’ guidance. 

3/7/16 – spirit, the word of the day.  Ones spirit is strengthened by the message + our love in action.

      3/8/16 – silence the word of the day.  The silence of dusk calms my soul.

 3/9/16 – faithful, the word of the day.  God bless the faithful including those who serve & have served.

 3/10/16 – surround, the word of the day.  Darkness may surround us, yet know His light overcomes all. 

Lent Photo challenge 3/11/16 – world, the word of the day.  It’s a world we share, with patience and gratitude.
